		<description>I&#039;m not one who is interested in the idea that football players (or anyone for that matter) need god in order to help themselves out.  The desire for personal progress accomplishes the same thing.

At any rate American culture enables the idea that faith/religion(in Christ), football, money and (for some bizarre reason) conservative politics (or any combination of the previous) pretty much equal the same thing: God.   

Just visit a high school or college football game on the weekend and try to argue otherwise. 

With some exception I think these things are ok on their own, I&#039;d rather have little to do with them with that kind of purposeful ignorance injected into them.</description>
